Indeed, all the musicians who performed sent the enthusiastic crowd into frenzy when they took the stage in turns and treated fans to unforgettable performances.
The show featured top music icons such as Pat Thomas of ' Sika Ye Mogya ' fame, Herty Borngreat and a host of others.
Pat Thomas was a blast; all the songs he performed were all that was needed to make a statement about the quality of his songs.
Pat's electrifying performance paved the way for Herty Borngreat and other artistes on the bill to take over.
The sensational gospel songbird, Herty Borngreat, who is not new on the Ghanaian gospel music scene, performed to the delight of the audience.
Her performance on stage was fantastic and some of her fans at the show danced their hearts out.
With a good blend of some of Ghana's popular names when it comes to colloquial comedy, as well as highlife music, nothing less could have been expected from what patrons acknowledged was a great show.
The organizers of this show say they are not just interested in making profit but have a vision of reviving our rich concert groups in Ghana, thus the meagre amount as entrance fee so everybody could afford to be a part of the occasion.
The channel manager of Adom TV, Ricky Anokye, told BEATWAVES that the Adom TV concert party show was designed to entertain families and also educate them about our cultural heritage.
He disclosed that this year, the Adom Concert Party would be organized once every month in Accra and Kumasi.
During the first edition of Adom TV Concert Party, legends like Abrekyie Ba, Kofi Samy, Obuoba J A Adofo, Prof. Kofi Abraham and Koforidua-based gospel sensation Adehyemaa performed alongside comedians like Bob Okala, Cocoa Tea, Ecolac, Esi Koyobeda and more. The event lived up to the billing as the whole of the three floors of the National Theatre was filled, with people still standing.
