Lydia Forson Goes Crazy on Social Network, Calls Media Stupid

It came as a gist that the new found love between Lydia Forson and comedian Benson Ohene-Oduro Boateng a.k.a. Funny Face, will be solidified with a ‘yes I do’, and like a volcano, the news escalated wrapping in it the month this union will take place… and with a photograph of both kissing, the message was loud and clear via the social network.

Skeptics however are wondering what would join the two together knowing Funny Face who has promised to rubdown all the Ghanaian actresses’ lips, cheeks, forehead, wherever, with his kiss; Also with Lydia who sees nothing wrong with kissing everyone who is kissable in public places; with reference to the last Ghana Movie Awards where she kissed Adjetey Anang and on GH and BEYOND when she (almost or did she) kissed the ‘Grandpapa’ Reggie Rockstone on Television. To help ease the qualms on whether or not it was a real kiss the pair exuded, or if these two were just playing pranks. Lydia Forson, immediately the news broke had this posted on her BlackBerry, “oh so people don’t want me to be happy with Funny Face”.

The question lingers, who is more desperate - our celebrities or the fans? Matters’ arising now is that, the actress has taken it so personal, throwing peevishness and describing the fans (media) as ‘gullible…and desperate for news’. This she passed across via her twitter account @lydia_forson. The question now lingers, who is gullible, the freelance kisser or the one who just reports on what they see?
